Rosemary Children's Services provides "at-risk" youth with therapeutic and compassionate services through our Residential, Non Public School, Mental Health Services and Foster Family Agency Programs and are always interested in individuals with a sincere dedication and desire to work with our troubled youth.

Rosemary Children's Services appreciates and is proud of its' employees. Several employee events and functions are scheduled throughout the year, including an Annual CARE Award recognition luncheon, annual company picnic and holiday parties.
All Rosemary Children's Services employees are required to complete the following due to the nature of the youth we serve:
Successfully receive a Criminal Record and Child Abuse Index Clearance
An acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record, which includes a valid California Drivers License and car insurance
Successfully receive a TB Test clearance
Experience or demonstrated ability to work with youth and adolescents.
All employees, regardless of position, serve as role models for children and families who are served by our Agency. Therefore, each employee must at all times be emotionally stable and able to function effectively with children, adolescents and adults who may have mental or behavioral health problems. The staff must be able to demonstrate appropriate daily behavior, appropriate expression of emotions, as well as appropriate role modeling.
